My Transformative Journey
I’m Giulia, a Health Psychologist, Integrative Psycho-Somatic & Hypno Therapist, Trauma-Informed Yoga, Reiki & Sound Practitioner, who deeply believes in the transformative power of self-awareness and self-efficacy.
At the heart of my work is a simple belief: We have an innate capacity for growth and change when we have the right conditions, understanding and support.
My own journey has deeply shaped the way I work.
Growing up, I experienced a turbulent childhood and witnessed people I love navigate significant mental health challenges, some of which deeply affected their physical wellbeing and ability to thrive. These experiences sparked my early curiosity about the profound connection between the mind, body and emotional world.
Later in life, I faced my own struggles with PTSD, depression and anxiety, which at different points manifested through addictions and disordered eating. For a long time, I felt disconnected from myself and from the world around me. I was trying to understand what was happening, while also searching for a way to actually feel different.
Over time, I began to discover that understanding alone wasn't always enough.
Yoga became a turning point.
Through movement, breath and stillness, I began to reconnect with my body and develop a different relationship with my thoughts, emotions and experiences. Alongside mindfulness, breathwork and other holistic practices, I gradually rebuilt my sense of self, resilience and trust in my own ability to navigate life.
This personal experience became the foundation for my professional path.
My background in Health Psychology, combined with my training in neuroscience-informed approaches, hypnotherapy, somatics, coaching and embodied practices, has shaped the way I work today.
I bring together mind, body and subconscious processes to explore the patterns, beliefs and responses that shape how we experience ourselves and the world, bridging psychological understanding with embodied experience and creating space for meaningful, lasting change.
Today, I bring both my professional knowledge and lived experience into the spaces I create.
I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Every person brings their own history, patterns, strengths and way of experiencing the world.
My role is to offer a space where you can explore all of this with curiosity and compassion — developing a deeper understanding of yourself, learning to listen to your body and emotions, and building the awareness and self-efficacy to choose what comes next.
My Vision
I believe that well-being is not a fixed state, and dis-ease is not a fixed identity. Both are dynamic experiences that can shift and evolve throughout our lives. We are constantly influenced by our experiences, relationships, environment, beliefs, bodies and nervous systems. Health, therefore, is not simply something we have or don't have, it is an ongoing process of relating to ourselves and to life.
My vision is to create a world where people feel empowered to understand themselves more deeply, listen to their bodies and emotions, and develop the awareness and self-trust to navigate life with greater choice and intention.
Healing begins when we create enough space to understand, feel and reconnect with ourselves. It is an ongoing process of awareness, growth and becoming more deeply connected to the way we live, relate and experience ourselves.
My Mission
My mission is to create safe, nurturing spaces for healing, self-discovery and meaningful transformation, where people can explore themselves with curiosity, compassion and depth.
Through an integrative approach that brings together psychology, neuroscience, hypnotherapy, somatics and holistic practices, I support people in understanding their patterns, connecting with their bodies and emotions, and developing greater self-awareness, self-efficacy and agency.
I believe meaningful change happens when we move beyond simply knowing ourselves and begin to experience and embody that knowledge.
My role is to offer the space, understanding and tools, while honouring that each person's path is uniquely their own.
Healing is a journey and you don't have to walk it ALL alone.
let's explore what becomes possible when you have the right space and support
